There are 2 ways to cancel an appointment, and one back up option:
- Follow the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email from our service provider
- Give us a call using the number at the top right of the page
Remember that in order to receive a full refund of your deposit, you will need to give us at least 24 hours notice.

Amelio membership is an annual subscription membership and must be renewed every twelve months to remain valid post each annual anniversary.
All booking records are held on a secure server and information released only to the member subject to our security checks. In the case of medical records held by our affiliate clinicians information is data protected in line with current GMC and BMA recommendations.
